Terms & Conditions of Membership & Facility Use

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions are legally binding on all members and visitors. By using DUSA facilities, you agree to comply with all academy rules, staff instructions, and safety regulations.
1. Definitions
  • Academy / DUSA: DUSA Sports Academy premises in Madurai
  • Member: Registered individual in academy records
  • Facilities: Courts, pool, training zones, lockers, amenities
  • Management: Owners and authorized representatives
2. Membership, Eligibility & Access
  1. Membership is valid only for the registered individual
  2. Access depends on batch availability and schedules
  3. ID or membership proof must be produced on request
  4. Age eligibility rules must be strictly followed
  5. Management may suspend or cancel membership for violations
3. Fees, Payments & Refunds
  1. All payments must be made in advance
  2. Fees are non-transferable
  3. Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable
  4. Offers apply only for the specified duration
  5. Late renewals may attract penalties
  6. Management may revise fees with prior notice
4. Code of Conduct
  1. Respectful behavior towards staff and members is mandatory
  2. No abusive language, spitting, shouting, or littering
  3. Proper sportswear must be worn
  4. Alcohol, tobacco, and illegal substances are prohibited
5. Health, Medical & Risk
  1. Members must ensure medical fitness before joining
  2. DUSA is not responsible for pre-existing conditions
  3. Participation is entirely at the member’s own risk
  4. First aid will be provided when necessary
6. Privacy, CCTV & Liability
  1. Personal data will not be shared except as required by law
  2. CCTV access is at Management discretion
  3. DUSA is not liable for loss, theft, or injury beyond legal limits

Parent / Guardian Declaration (For Minors)

Important: This declaration must be accepted by the parent/legal guardian of any member under 18 years of age.

  • I am the parent/legal guardian of the above minor and I consent to their participation in DUSA Sports Academy activities.
  • I confirm that the minor is medically fit to participate and I will disclose any medical condition, allergy, or injury history in writing.
  • I understand that sports and physical activities involve inherent risks and participation is at the minor’s own risk.
  • I accept that DUSA Sports Academy, its owners, management, staff, coaches, and lifeguards are not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, or damages arising from participation, except where required by law.
  • I understand the Academy is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables. Locker use is at member’s own risk.
  • I agree to remain in designated waiting areas and not interfere with coaching sessions.
  • I understand CCTV footage is not shared on demand and may be reviewed only at Management discretion or when required by law.
